Hands-On Learning

The knowledge I learned through the Communication program allowed me to step into the workplace without missing a beat. Learning every angle of the broadcast field and having the ability to apply that knowledge with QUTV gave me an opportunity to grow and develop straight into the professional world.

Active Learning Opportunities

  • Join the Psi Chi Honor Society
  • Join the Psych Club and attend lectures and activities geared towards Psychology majors and like-minded students
  • Intern at local agencies that help those in need such as Social Service, Child Welfare, Domestic Violence, and Public Health agencies.
Fun Fact: Last spring break our students traveled over 10,480 miles to complete 4,000 service hours in New Orleans, New York, South Carolina, and more.
