Healing Through Fitness and Exercise

Practical experience and physical fitness are at the heart of Quincy University’s Exercise Science major. Our experienced faculty members will be able to prepare you for success in a health and fitness career. Students will be learning coursework from several disciplines and applying that knowledge in the QU Health and Fitness Center.

“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.” – John F. Kennedy
