Quincy University Music Professor Presents at Conference
Quincy University assistant professor of music, Dr. Christine Damm, presented a lecture at the Iowa Music Educator’s Association Convention in Ames, Iowa this past November. The lecture, Clarinet Playing Made Easy: Tips That Really Work, was presented to band directors looking for ways to improve the quality of their bands.
“I really enjoy sharing my excitement for the clarinet and music with band directors,” says Damm. “It’s very inspiring to see music educators get together to learn more about music and to find ways to build stronger band programs.”
