QU Thanksgiving and Winter Break Hours

Quincy University will be operating under the following hours during the Thanksgiving and Winter break.

QU Administrative Offices

  • Wednesday, Nov. 25 – Sunday, Nov. 29 – Closed
  • Monday, Dec. 21, 2020, – Jan. 3, 2021, – Closed

Health and Fitness Center

Due to the State restrictions, starting on Friday, November 20, a mask must be worn at all times in the HFC including in the hallways, gym floors, weight room and cardio areas. All fitness classes will be suspended until further notice including QMG land classes and water aerobics classes. Check the QU Health and Fitness Center Facebook page for updates. Locker rooms may only be used to access the pool. Anyone entering the HFC will be required to sign-in at the front desk. On a weekend day when there is a QU athletic competition the HFC will be closed the entire day, the HFC will close four hours before the start of a QU athletic competition that is scheduled on a weekday. Please see www.quhawks.com for the most up-to-date sports schedules. Starting November 23, the HFC will begin holiday hours.

Brenner Library Hours

With the rising number of COVID cases in the area and to assist the reduction of community spread, Brenner Library will move to appointment-only services starting Monday, November 30 until the start of the spring semester, appointments can be made to use the library anytime Monday – Thursday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., closed Saturday and Sunday. The library will provide interlibrary loan service through December 10. Please schedule your time at least 24 hours in advance. QU Chapel               

The QU Chapel will remain closed due to the pandemic.
