The music faculty of Quincy University will present a Faculty Recital on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. The recital will be held in the Connie Niemann Center for Music located at Quincy University’s North Campus (17th and Seminary Road).  Performers will include Dr. Christine Damm, clarinet; William Machold, percussion; Amy Stollberg, voice; Laura Kammerer, piano; and Michael Saul, Horn.

Christine Damm will perform Clarinet Concerto by Franz Krommer.  Michael Saul will perform Concerto for Horn by Mozart, on natural horn.  Bill Machold and Christine Damm will collaborate on a beautiful work for clarinet percussion, Five Bagatelles, by Phillip Parker. Amy Stollberg, vocalist, will perform three pieces by Franz Schubert:  Nachtviolen, Der Schmetterling, and Ich schleiche band und still.  Bill Machold will perform Footpath, a Latin-jazz piece for solo marimba.
