As part of our effort to establish a dynamic Electrical Engineering curriculum, we are seeking an individual who will play a critical role in the furthering development and delivery of the new bachelor’s degree program in Electrical Engineering. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching, research, and mentoring in a close-knit academic environment.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Electrical Engineering faculty member to teach and develop undergraduate courses in electrical engineering. The candidate will contribute to the design of the curriculum, with courses in subjects such as circuits, signals and systems, digital logic, electromagnetics, electronics, and power systems. Additionally, the successful candidate will support the ABET accreditation process, participate in research, and provide mentorship to students, including supervising capstone projects. Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field (ABD candidates with an expected completion date will also be considered).

- A demonstrated ability to conduct research in a mechanical engineering-related area and to involve undergraduates in research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of and commitment to liberal arts education and interdisciplinary approaches to teaching and learning.
- Knowledge of the ABET accreditation process or willingness to learn and contribute to the accreditation efforts of the program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching at the undergraduate level, particularly in a small college or university setting.

- A record of research, grants, and/or industry collaboration that enhances the educational experience of students.

Required:
- Associate’s degree
- 3–5 years of administrative support experience

Occupational and Physical Therapy Programs
Position Overview: This is a full-time position offering a dynamic work environment where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow in an academic setting while contributing to the success of the Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) programs by providing essential administrative support to program operations. These degree programs are hybrid in nature, so the ability to be a self-starter and work well with remote supervision are required. The Administrative Assistant will be the on-campus point of contact providing information and directing communication flow.
This position will assist the Program Directors and program faculty with scheduling, logistics, data management, and student support activities, including campus visits for prospective students, and support for laboratory intensive weeks when students and faculty come to campus.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Immersive Lab Logistics:
Schedule and coordinate logistics for on-site immersive labs, including space reservations, faculty support, and managing lab inventory to ensure supplies are stocked and available.
Data Management in EXXAT:
Assist with data entry and tracking within EXXAT for fieldwork, capstone, curriculum mapping, student progress, and site information.
Fieldwork & Capstone Support:
Assist with site recruitment and the securing of contracts for fieldwork and capstone placements and support onboarding of students and act as the liaison with site educators to facilitate communication and program activities.
Supply & Equipment Management:
Manage the ordering and maintenance of supplies and equipment for labs, ensuring inventory is accurate and items are available for student use.
Student Support Coordination:
Coordinate student support functions, including applicant interviews, onboarding of admitted students, and preparation for Level II fieldwork and capstone.
Program Data Analysis for Accreditation:
Collect, organize, and analyze data related to fieldwork, capstone, student outcomes, and program assessments for accreditation purposes.
Faculty Support:
Assist faculty in organizing simulations, practicums, checkouts, and community service activities to ensure smooth execution of program components.
Field Trip & Community Service Coordination:
Support faculty in securing field trip and community service sites, handling logistics, and maintaining communication with external partners to ensure timely and effective coordination.
General Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining communication within the program.
Other Duties as Assigned:
Carry out additional administrative duties as required to ensure the efficient operation of the OTD and DPT programs.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Previous administrative or office experience preferred, but not required.
Technical Skills: EXXAT and other relevant tools is a plus.

IT Technician
Purpose of the Position:
The IT Technician supports end-user technology across campus by providing hands-on assistance, implementation, and maintenance of personal computing equipment. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and user-friendly technology experience for students, faculty, and staff.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a courteous, tactful, and considerate representative of the University in all interactions.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to students, employees, and campus community members via in person, phone, and online channels.
- Perform hardware repairs on both university-owned and student-owned personal computing equipment.
- Take primary responsibility for the preparation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of university owned personal computing devices.
- Administer deployment and device management systems to ensure consistent operating system and software configurations, including regular updates and patching.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation for university systems, including inventory records.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to support and maintenance practices.
- Collaborate with frontline staff in other departments to ensure technology supports broader campus operations effectively.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
- At least six months of experience in a technical support role preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience in building or repairing computers and mobile devices.
- Working knowledge of common operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies.
- Strong written communication skills, with an ability to create clear technical documentation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on listening, troubleshooting, and building rapport.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a bus on assigned routes, adhering to traffic laws and university policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus, including helping with luggage and equipment.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers during transport.
