Jessica Howell

I grew up in a town near Quincy and came to Quincy University seeking a nursing degree. Mid-junior year, I abruptly changed course after encountering Jesus Christ and falling in love with Him and His church. I then pursued a human services degree with the hope of a path more oriented to social work and ministry. After graduating, I served as a missionary with NET Ministries for a year. I then landed in Washington state where I served in children’s and youth ministry positions. I also lived in a community for a year called L’Arche, where people with and without intellectual disabilities mutually love and serve one another. God has now led me back to love and serve Him here at the place where it all began!
