Saadia Ali Aschemann is a Success Coach at Quincy University who supports students through a relationship-centered, holistic approach focused on academic success, personal growth, and resilience. She has dedicated her career to working with historically underserved populations and brings experience across multiple levels of education, from elementary schools to higher education.
She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and an undergraduate degree in Political Science, both of which inform her thoughtful, student-centered approach to coaching. In her role, Saadia works closely with students to navigate academic challenges, life transitions, and personal goals.
She also serves as the campus coordinator for the Associated Colleges of Illinois (ACI) peer mentoring program, helping foster meaningful connections and community engagement on campus. Saadia is committed to creating a supportive environment where students feel seen, valued, and supported in their success.
