Dr. Costigan has taught at Quincy University since 1957 and, although now professor emeritus, continue to teach one upper level history course each spring semester. He received his undergraduate degree from Notre Dame, and a Masters and PhD from Illinois State University. David's special areas of interest include the war between the states and United States foreign policy. David follows baseball (I played at Notre Dame and coached QU teams), and spends his new-found free time traveling with his wife and family.
