Taylor Rakers

In his role of Director of Advancement, Taylor oversees day-to-day operations of university fundraising and donor relations for Quincy University. He brings to QU’s Advancement team significant nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience, directing a local organization through a period of record-breaking growth and impact. Taylor builds collaborative and results-driven environments by aligning staff with the organization’s mission and strengthening team culture.

In his free time, Taylor co-founded and runs the Quincy Youth Flag Football League, which serves nearly 300 youth in the Quincy area. The program instills a sense of discipline in the young athletes and fosters a love of football in a safe environment. Taylor is also an active member of St. Peter Church with his wife and four children.
