Chris Bockius is the Owner and Strength & Wellness Director at XCEL Performance Health & Wellness. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Illinois College and a Master’s degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University. Chris is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified, a Certified Speed and Agility Coach, and FMS Level 1 Certified.

With over five years of experience training athletes and individuals of all ages, Chris specializes in developing personalized programs that improve performance, reduce injury risk, and support long-term health. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the Exercise Science Department at Quincy University since 2017.

Chris is known for his ability to communicate complex training concepts in a clear and practical way, helping clients understand not just what to do, but why they are doing it. His expertise in movement assessment, muscle testing, and exercise prescription allows him to deliver highly individualized and results-driven training programs.
