Dr. Deskins teaches chemistry at Quincy University, where she specializes in Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry. She holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology, a Master’s in Chemistry, and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry.
With almost 20 years of experience working with chemistry students, Dr. Deskins enjoys helping students develop their own research projects. Outside of teaching, Dr. Deskins helps coordinate the annual Academic Symposium, which is a showcase of academic achievement.
