Dr. Brian Nolan serves as a psychology professor where he is dedicated to preparing students for success in psychology, neuroscience, and related fields. He earned a Ph.D in neuroscience from The University of Iowa and a B.S. in Biochemistry (Minor in psychology) from Grand Valley State University. Dr. Nolan’s approach involves interdisciplinary integration across psychology, biology, philosophy, and other fields related to neuroscience.
Dr. Nolan brings over 20 years of college level teaching experience and over a decade of research experience. His research experience has focused on neurobiology of learning and the neurobiology of addiction. Dr. Nolan also serves as the faculty advisor for the Psychology Club and Psi Chi (The International Honors Society in Psychology).
