The Quincy University Mailroom provides convenient and reliable mail and package services for students, faculty, and staff. From everyday correspondence to important deliveries, mail and packages are handled securely and distributed efficiently. Residential students, faculty, and University departments are assigned campus mailboxes for receiving mail.
Quincy University accepts mail and packages from the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), and DHL. For flowers and other perishable deliveries, please include your cell phone number with the delivery information so you can be contacted when your item is ready for pickup.
Locations, Hours, and Services
Students
The Hawk Shop Student Mailroom is located on the lower level of the Student Union at 18th and Lind Streets.
During the academic semester, the Student Mailroom is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Summer hours may vary. The Student Mailroom is closed whenever the University is closed for a holiday.
Students will receive an email notification when mail or a package is ready for pickup. If you are expecting a package that requires refrigeration, such as medication, please contact [email protected] and provide your phone number so staff can notify you promptly when it arrives.
Faculty/Staff
The Faculty and Staff Mailroom is located on the lower level of Francis Hall, Room B10. Faculty and staff letter mail and packages are available for pickup in the mailroom. Larger packages that do not fit in individual mailboxes will be delivered directly to your office.
The Faculty/Staff Mailroom is closed whenever the University is closed for a holiday.

Additional Services
Additional services including the sale of postage stamps and the mailing of packages under twenty (20) pounds to U.S. addresses only (no international mail) is available in the Business Office, located on the lower level of Francis Hall, Room B-33 . Payment may be made by cash or personal check. There are two ATM’s located on campus: Cafeteria or Health and Fitness Center.
