Getting Started with Housing at Quincy University

Applying for housing at Quincy University is a simple, guided process designed to help you feel prepared and confident as you plan for life on campus. Follow the steps below to complete your housing application, provide roommate preferences, and learn more about what to expect. Each step will walk you through the process from receiving your initial information to getting helpful guidance at Hawk Preview Days.

Step 1

After submitting your enrollment deposit, you will receive an email from the Office of Student Development with instructions on how to apply for housing. The timing of this email will depend on the semester of attendance. Fall semester students will receive communication in February.  Spring semester students will receive communication in November. Be sure to check your QU email regularly.

Step 2

Login to the student portal at my.quincy.edu. Select the “New Students” tab and locate the Housing Agreement Form.

Step 3

Complete the Housing Agreement Form by answering a brief set of profile questions. Your responses help us match you with a compatible roommate.

Step 4

Once your housing assignment has been finalized, you will receive an email with details about your residence hall and roommate information.
