Tom Oliver currently serves as the vice president for enrollment and senior director of student financial services. In these two roles he leads and supports the University’s recruitment and student affordability initiatives. He holds a graduate degree from Texas Christian University (TCU) and an undergraduate degree in political science from Southwestern University (TX). With more than three decades of experience in the enrollment and financial aid fields, Tom has served as a chief enrollment officer at three universities. Actively involved in national and regional professional organizations, he served the Texas Association for College Admission Counseling as president and received the Founders’ Award for exemplary service to students. Tom came to Quincy University in 2017. Beyond his service to QU, Tom is involved with a local food pantry and his church, and regularly gives presentations on the college search and admissions processes, as well as applying for financial aid to students and parents throughout the tri-state area.
