Stay Healthy with the Hawks

The Quincy University Student Health & Fitness Center provides a wide range of recreational activities, with amenities designed to meet your fitness and wellness needs. Membership is required, and a valid ID must be presented for admittance.

Facilities and Amenities

  • 3 multi-purpose gymnasium courts (2 wood, 1 sport court) with divider curtains, score clocks, and staging areas
  • 3,600 sq. ft. fitness room with over 40 Flex and Paramount machines, Iron-Grip plates, and accessories
  • Cardio area with 22 machines including StarTrac treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, upright bikes, and recumbent bikes
  • 1,800 sq. ft. aerobics studio
  • Elevated indoor running/walking track
  • 6-lane intercollegiate swimming pool and whirlpool
  • Water and floor aerobics programs
  • Full locker rooms with showers

  • Cardio Sculpt – Cardio and muscle-toning exercises
  • Cycle X – Cycling + strength training (arrive early if new to cycling)
  • H.I.I.T. – High-Intensity Interval Training
  • Pilates – Improve posture, core strength, balance, and flexibility (offered in beginner, sculpt, and Pilates-Yoga fusion formats)
  • PowerCycle – Indoor cycling workout simulating hill climbs, sprints, and endurance rides
  • Power Pilates – Core-focused total body workout
  • Triple Threat – Cardio, strength, and core training in 20–30 min segments
  • Yoga – Mind-body practice combining movement, breath, and mindfulness
  • Total Sculpt – Full-body strength and conditioning with weights, resistance, and bodyweight exercises
