Nomination Guidelines

Nominations for all Alumni Heritage Awards are welcomed each year from faculty, staff, alumni, and friends of Quincy University, with primary solicitation occurring in the fall. Nominations are accepted year‑round; however, submissions received after October 31 will be considered for the following year. All nominations are encouraged to remain confidential.

Individuals are invited to nominate a Quincy University alumnus or alumna who has demonstrated outstanding professional achievement and meaningful service to their community and/or the University.

Submitted nominations are reviewed by Alumni Services, and final award selections are made by a committee of the National Alumni Board. Self‑nominations are not accepted.

Award recipients will be announced in the spring and featured in the spring edition of QUniverse.
