Pay Your Enrollment Fee
Ensure your place in our incoming class by sending your enrollment fee:
- $325 for Spring 2025-2026 students
- $350 for Fall 2026-2027 students
Pay Online
There are two ways to pay online by credit card, debit card, or e-check:
- Know your student ID? Use the QU CASHNet Payment Portal
- Don’t know your student ID? Use the Quincy University ID Lookup
Pay by Mail
Make your check made payable to Quincy University and mail it to: Quincy University | 1800 College Avenue | Quincy, IL | 62301-2699.
Receive Your Student Information
Once your enrollment fee has been paid, you will receive the following:
- Hawk Bound Pre-Orientation sign up Information
- Login credentials for your QU email and student portal
- Housing Agreement
- Course Registration Form
- Student ID Form
- Student Vehicle Registration
- Student Emergency Agreement
- Student Publicity Agreement
- Immunization Form
- International Student Form (if applicable)
- Graduate Student Form (if applicable)

Participate in Orientation and Hawk Bound Days
New Student Orientation and Hawk Bound is designed to help undergraduate students prepare for life as a Hawk. During these events, you’ll meet fellow classmates, connect with faculty and staff, and learn about the many resources that will support your success at QU. These events are required for all students, as they provide important information about registration, financial aid, tuition, housing, and meal plans. You’ll also receive introductions to academic programs and student resources, build connections with future peers, and much more!
Register for Classes
Undergraduate students will gain access to the course registration form once the enrollment fee is paid. After you complete the form, QU’s Academic Advising Office will connect you with an advisor to assist with course registration. Graduate students will receive registration instructions from their academic advisor after the enrollment fee is paid.
