Transcripts provide an official record of your academic work at Quincy University and are often required for employment, graduate school, scholarships, or professional licensure. The Office of the Registrar offers both official and unofficial transcripts to meet your needs. For students who graduated after 2004, all official transcript requests processed securely through the National Student Clearinghouse.
Official Transcripts
Electronic or Mail Delivery
If you are requesting an official transcript to be sent electronically or via mail, visit our National Student Clearinghouse ordering platform.
In-Person
Visit the Registrar’s Office in Francis Hall Room 130.
Fees
- Electronic Official Transcripts through National Student Clearinghouse – $10
- Mailed Official Transcripts through National Student Clearinghouse – $10 (Additional charges may apply dependent on selection of delivery method)
- Official transcripts ordered in person at the Registrar’s Office – $15
Important Notes
- To comply with FERPA regulations, Quincy University does not accept transcript requests by email or phone. All transcript orders must be submitted through the National Student Clearinghouse, and credit cards are charged once the order has been completed. The Registrar’s Office does not accept paper transcript requests by email or fax.
- Paper transcript requests are available for walk-in, in-person requests only and are processed for a $15 fee.
- Students who attended Quincy University prior to 2004 should contact Debby Seifert at 217-228-5432 ext. 3972, for assistance with ordering transcripts.

Unofficial Transcripts
- Current students may access their unofficial transcript through the QU student portal.
- Former students may request an unofficial transcript by emailing registrar@quincy.edu. Please include your name and phone number in your email request. Students will be contacted to provide specific identification information to ensure compliance with FERPA.
