The Radiology program prepares students to work at the intersection of advanced technology and patient care. Through comprehensive training in medical imaging, students learn how to produce high-quality diagnostic images while providing safe, compassionate care that supports both patients and healthcare teams.

Opportunities & Outcomes

The Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing & Health Sciences, in partnership with Quincy University, offers a joint Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences. Students complete general education coursework at Quincy University and specialized Radiology coursework at Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing & Health Sciences, building strong communication, critical thinking, and technical skills. More than 1,400 hours of clinical experience allow students to apply their learning in simulated and real-world healthcare settings.

This program will prepare all students for entering the profession by providing the opportunity and resources to achieve their maximum potential both academically and clinically.

Application Requirements

Interested students must submit the following materials to Quincy University:

  • Quincy University application and Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing (BRCN) application
  • Official high school transcripts
  • Official ACT or SAT scores (optional)

Once accepted to Quincy University, BRCN will review your application file and determine program acceptance. After successfully completing the freshman year, students begin Radiologic Science coursework and clinical experiences at Blessing-Rieman in their sophomore year.
