The School of Education and Human Services

The Human Services program prepares students to support individuals, families, and communities through service-driven work. Students study human behavior, social systems, and community resources while developing the communication, problem-solving, and ethical decision-making skills needed to help others navigate life’s challenges.

Opportunities & Outcomes

Graduates of the Human Services major develop an understanding of human behavior, social systems, and community-based support services. Students build skills in communication, ethical decision-making, cultural awareness, and problem-solving while learning to assess needs and connect individuals and families with appropriate resources.

  • Case manager or casework assistant
