The Student Success Center provides free academic support services designed to help you succeed in your courses. Our Peer Tutoring and Intensive Tutoring program is built to strengthen your skills, boost confidence, and support your academic goals.
Academic Tutoring Services
Peer Tutoring
Peer tutoring is available for most courses and connects you with fellow students who have successfully completed the subject. Tutors help reinforce course concepts, improve study strategies, and prepare for exams in a supportive, one-on-one setting.
Intensive Tutoring
Intensive tutoring is an academic support program for courses students often find challenging. Intensive Peer Tutors differ from Peer Tutors as they attend the selected course(s) at least one time per week, collaborate with the faculty member, are the designated preferred tutor for the course, and conduct pre-exam and additional group study sessions throughout the course
How to Make a Tutoring Appointment
- Download the QU Navigate 360 Student mobile app from Google Play or the Apple App Store
- Log in using your QU username and password
- Select the Appointment icon on the homepage
- Select Schedule an Appointment
- Select Tutoring as the appointment type
- Choose the subject you need help with under the Service drop-down menu
- Schedule an appointment based on tutor availability
