Robert Wyatt
Vice President for University Advancement

Robert serves as the chief fundraising officer for the university and the leader of Quincy’s fundraising, communication, and alumni relations efforts. He works closely with the President on major and principal gifts and manages staff to identify, cultivate, solicit, recognize and steward donors and carries a portfolio of major donor prospects. Serving as a vital member of the President’s Leadership Team, Robert advises the President, leadership team and the Board of Trustees on all issues related to University Advancement. Matt Bergman
Senior Director of Advancement

Matt oversees the QU Fund and assists in the cultivation of annual and major gifts from prospective donors. He helps to direct alumni engagement and events, productions, and fundraising efforts designed to financially strengthen the University. In addition, he serves as the university spokesperson and is responsible for leading marketing and public relations efforts.  Matt is a 1999 graduate of Quincy University and joined the staff in 2011. Bill Beard
Visual Communications Specialist

Bill BeardBill assists in the coordinating and designing of visual communication projects to both internal and external audiences. He provides graphic design services for publications, marketing materials, electronic media, campus flyers, signage, and maintains the branding standards for the University. Bill is a 2010 graduate of John Wood Community College with an associates degree in graphic design. He worked at QU from 2010 to 2015, and rejoined the staff in winter 2021. Michelle Kirkham
Coordinator of Annual Giving

Michelle is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Quincy University Fund, including mail appeals and publications, and has the opportunity to build relationships with alumni, friends, and area businesses.  She is responsible for writing grant proposals and implementing the student philanthropy program.  Michelle is a 2010 graduate from Culver-Stockton College with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Miriam Hermann
Records & Events Assistant

Miriam maintains the database and assists in planning fundraising and alumni events. She works closely with administration and staff to fulfill the mission and objectives of the Office of University Advancement. She manages alumni non-graduated alumni and donor record updates. Prepares, schedules and executes fundraising and alumni mailings. Manages the fiscal year calendar of all mailing within the Office of Development & Alumni Services. Assists with alumni gatherings and fundraising events. She manages special alumni projects including such things as QUniverse class notes and In Memoriam Alumni Mentor Program (AMP), the Brick-by-Brick program and QU greeting cards programs. Sandy Trudell
Digital Communications Specialist
