The Quincy University School of Fine Arts and Communication will host a visit day on February 18 for students interested in art, music and communication.

The day will begin with an informational session about QU and the School of Fine Arts and Communication. Students will tour campus and meet with faculty. Students will have the opportunity to audition for music scholarships, share their art portfolios, or participate in the communication workshop. All students who attend the event will be considered for scholarships.

We are very excited to host the QU Fine Arts and Communication Visit Day. It’s always exciting to meet with such talented students and their families,” said Christine Damm, D.M.A., dean of the School of Fine Arts and Communication. “This event will offer students a chance to compete for scholarships in music, art, and communication. These scholarships are open to incoming freshman of any major and help to make their college experience affordable and rewarding.”

Interested students can sign up for this event at www.quincy.edu/visit. For more information, contact Christine Damm at dammch@quincy.edu or 217-228-5432 ext. 3159.
