QU To Host 29th Annual Mart Heinen Chili Cook-Off
Quincy University’s Mart Heinen Athletic Booster Club will host its 29th Annual Chili Cook-Off on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the QU Health and Fitness Center (20th & Oak St). The event is open to the public and features all-you-can-eat chili and soup tasting. Food tickets are $5 per person.
A raffle will be held for a Samsung Galaxy Tab Elite (7.0’’ 8GB, Wi-Fi), Hitachi 49’’ 1080P LED TV or Monster Rockin’ Roller Portable Indoor/Outdoor Speaker. Raffle tickets are $5 each, three for $10 or seven for $20.
In addition, the 16th Annual Cash Bash tickets with $8,500 in prizes are available. Tickets are $50 each and include admission to the Chili Cook-Off. There are 21 chances to win cash prizes; top prize is $5,000.
