Monday:
8:30-9:15am Aqua Jog (High Intensity)
1:30-2:15pm Range of Motion
6:15-7:00pm Aqua Aerobics (Med Intensity)
6:30-7:15pm Special Needs Class

Tuesday:
8:30-9:15am Aqua Jog (High Intensity)
9:30-10:15am Range of Motion
6:15-7:00pm Range oif Motion/Aqua Aerobics (Med Intensity)

Wednesday:
8:30-9:15am Aqua Jog (High Intensity)
1:30-2:15pm Range of Motion
6:15-7:00pm Aqua Aerobics (Med Intensity)

Thursday:
8:30-9:15am Aqua Jog (High Intensity)
9:30-10:15am Range of Motion
6:15-7:00pm Range of Motion/Aqua Aerobics (Med Intensity)

Friday:
8:30-9:15am Aqua Jog (High Intensity)

The QU Aqua Aerobics Program will be closed for Thanksgiving, November 26 & 27.

Private Swim Lessons:
The Quincy University Aqua Aerobics Program also offers private swim lessons for both children and adults. Prices vary and lesson times are flexible. Please call 217-228-5032 and ask for Kathy Kovachevich for more information!

Water Aerobics are NOT included as part of a QU Membership
