Late Night Programming Grant Application
  1. The purpose of Late Night Programming grant is to provide financial support to University departments and/or student organizations in developing and implementing late night programs for Quincy University students. All registered student organizations and University departments and offices are encouraged to apply.
  2. The following criteria apply to Late Night Programming Grants:
  3. 1) The event must be alcohol free
  4. 2) The event must start at or later than 10 p.m. and end at or before 2 a.m.
  5. 3) The event must be at least two hours in length
  6. 4) The event must be on a Friday or Saturday night
  7. 5) The event must be open to all Quincy University students
  8. 6) The event may NOT be a fundraiser
  9. 7) If the event is off-campus, transportation must be provided free of charge to students
  10. 8) The event must be free of charge to Quincy University students
  11. 9) A QU faculty or staff member must be in attendance for the entire event. Depending on the location of the event, a graduate assistant may be substituted for a faculty or staff member

  31. Should grant funds be awarded, the sponsoring organization, department, or office agrees to submit copies of all expense receipts and a written report regarding the event.
  32. Publicity must be done starting at least two weeks prior to event date.
  33. Applicants will be notified within 14 days of the application regarding grant status.
