Mission: To promote and enjoy the French culture and language through fun and interesting activities as well as create bonds between different cultures.
Programs & Projects: We will be hosting French movie nights, bake sales, potlucks, field trips, mardi gras parties, and fashion shows.
Why French?
You may be wondering, "What's so important about French?" Many people are not aware of the fact that English is a language deeply embedded in French. In fact, over 50,000 English words come from French words. Also, French is spoken in over 43 countries.
French culture and language are important for us to learn about for several reasons. In order to fully understand the importance, we have prepared a list of the best answers to the question.
