Franciscan Service Scholarship

As a Catholic and Franciscan University, service is an important value. It is reflected in our mission statement and it is rooted in the Franciscan heritage of the school. It is service that awakens us to our civic responsibility for the common good and it creates within us a desire to make a difference in the world. For St. Francis of Assisi and St. Clare of Assisi it is through service that we discover what it means to be a brother or sister to someone else. It also challenges us to foster the dignity and rights of all people.
Recipients of the Franciscan Service Scholarship are directly responsible to Campus Ministry who will assist scholars in service experiences, track their service hours, and process the experience with them.
