Quincy University seeks qualified applicants for the position of Student Engagement Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant provides overall support for the Office of Student Engagement and Success, specifically residence life and events. Will perform general office administrative duties, data entry, and billing; support residence life and events; supervise student mailroom; and provide a warm and hospitable environment for the campus community. This is a part-time position with likely hours to be 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. during fall and spring semester, and 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. during summer hours. Other hours may apply for special events. High school diploma or GED and experience with Microsoft required. Must be willing to learn software programs utilized within area of responsibility.
