This position is also responsible for executing programs and services that support international student populations. This is a 10-month, live on position. Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred. 1-3 years experience in multicultural and international student programs, preferably at a college or university.

Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach

Quincy University, a Franciscan Catholic liberal arts university, invites applications for Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach.

Responsibilities include: Identification, evaluation, and recruitment of student-athletes. Assist in all areas of team performance including pre-season, post-season training, practice, and competition. Development of a year-round training program for goalkeeper development. Monitor academic progress of student-athletes and provide encouragement, support and referral assistance as appropriate. Assist in day-to-day operations, including but not limited to NCAA compliance paperwork, travel plans, equipment and budget management. Promote program through social media. Implement and develop fundraising strategies to support annual operating budget. Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Athletics and Head Women’s Soccer Coach.

This is a full-time, 12 month position. Bachelor’s degree required; experience in playing and/or coaching at the women’s collegiate level. Goalkeeper playing and/or training experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required. The successful candidate must demonstrate effective leadership, motivational, organizational and interpersonal skills.
