Quincy University’s department of fine arts and communication is hosting the second-annual Multimedia Festival on Thursday, December 8, at 7 p.m. in the Hawk’s Nest.

Scott Luaders, associate professor of chemistry, received the Excellence in Teaching Award for his overall respect for teaching, dedication to students, and sincere commitment to his own continuous learning and scholarship.

QU's Students in Free Enterprise team recently received two grants totaling $2,000 to support environmental sustainability projects. The overall goal is to raise environmental awareness and make lasting changes in the community while saving corporate money in the long run.

Over 45 high school senior students recently competed on Quincy University's campus for the prestigious four-year full tuition Presidential Scholarship. The competition featured a timed written essay and personal interviews with faculty and staff.
