Robert Lee Mejer, Distinguished Professor of Art and Quincy University Professor and his son QU alumnus Jason Mejer ’95 were both selected for inclusion of their artwork at the Shenzhen International Watercolor Biennial Event.
Robert Lee Mejer’s piece—“Take PC#39” was selected from 2,825 entries and 54 countries for inclusion in the forthcoming Shenzhen International Biennial 2013-2014 Exhibition to be held at the Shenzhen Art Museum from December 10, 2013 to January 10, 2014.
QU graduate Jason Mejer ’95 was also juried into the forthcoming Shenzhen International Biennial 2013-2014 Exhibition to be held at the Shenzhen Art Museum from December 10, 2013 to January 10, 2014 with his watercolor “8 M”.
Their works will then be in a traveling exhibition to the following museums in eight cities:
Ningbo Art Museum in Zhejiang Province, Wenzhou Library in Zhejiang Province, Hei Longjiang Art Museum in Hei Longjiang Province, , Hubei Art Museum in Hubei Province, Chongqing Art Museum in Chongqing City, Shanxi Art Museum in Shanxi Province, Yinchuan Art Museum in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Asia Watercolour Art Museum in Hainan Province in 2014.
