The Quincy University Marching and Symphonic Bands will be featured in the third annual Pops Concert on Sunday, Nov. 24. at 3 p.m. in the Connie Niemann Center for Music, 17th and Seminary Rd. The public is invited to attend without charge thanks to sponsorship by the division of fine arts and communication.
Conducted by Bill Machold, director of bands, the Hawk Marching Band will perform selections from its fall field shows featuring music from Broadway and a Halloween theme.
After intermission, the Symphonic Band will take the stage to present a variety of light pop and classical selections.
