Schuering is a 1975 alumnus of Quincy College and earned a juris doctor degree from Saint Louis University. He was appointed an associate judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court in 1986 and elected circuit judge in 1990. Schuering was elected President of the Illinois Judges Association in 2007. He retired in 2010 and continues bestowing his wisdom and experience as a lecturer at Quincy University. He serves as a mentor to students in the pre-law field.
Judge Schuering is married to Kate Orlet Schuering ’76. Together they have five grown daughters, four sons-in-law, and 11 grandchildren.
Tracy serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Dot Foods, Inc. in Mount Sterling, Illinois—a position he’s held since 2007. He began his tenure at Dot Foods in 1987 working in sales, purchasing, warehouse operations, and transportation before being named President for Dot Transportation of Dot Foods in 1994 and Executive Vice President of Operations in 2006. He received a bachelor’s degree in business from Colorado State University and an MBA in corporate finance from the University of Memphis.
Tracy is married to Jill Armstrong Tracy and together they have five daughters.
