In addition to publishing over 1,200 editorial cartoons throughout his 26-year career, Beard is a professional caricaturist and the creative force behind “The Adventures of Marty and Turkey”—a daily cartoon which is posted each morning to a Facebook channel of the same name. At Quincy University, he coordinates, designs, and oversees the creation and production of all visual communication initiatives both online and in print. He joined the QU staff in 2010.
