Tim Weis serves as the chief financial officer providing leadership, oversight and stewardship for all aspects of the University's financial resources through the implementation of a values-based resource allocation system consistent with QU's strategic plan priorities.
Tim Weis previously served as corporate controller for Hawkeye Pedershaab, a $50M+ manufacturing company in Mediapolis, Iowa. Before joining Hawkeye, he served as corporate controller for Matrix Metals in Keokuk, and as senior associate in the St. Louis office for Price Waterhouse Coopers, LLP.
Weis holds degrees in sports management from the University of Evansville in Indiana and accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He and his family reside in Quincy and are active members of St. Peter's Church.
