The curriculum integrates a rigorous foundation in the liberal arts with up-to-the-minute scholarship on management theory and practice.

You'll gain fluency in the language of business, which includes fundamental principles of accounting, economics, and business law, and master the qualitative and quantitative tools of the field. To understand the key issues of the profession, you'll explore the common core of knowledge that includes Principles of Marketing, Business Finance, and Strategic Management. Your specialized expertise will be honed in such courses as Principles of Management, Small Business Management, Theory of Organizational Behavior, Fundamentals of Human Resource Management, leadership in Free Enterprise and Operations Management.

Our Management program offers a bachelor of science degree in Business, with a major in Management, as well as a minor in Management.
