Quincy University's Degree Completion Programs put you back in the classroom to finish your bachelor's degree on an accelerated timeline. Courses in Human Services, Business Administration, and Elementary Education are offered on nights and weekends, and some courses are offered online.
Accelerated courses normally meet one evening per week for 3 to 4 hours, or in some cases for extended weekend sessions. Each semester is composed of two 8-week sessions in which students typically take two classes each eight weeks. Online courses are also available. You can complete your degree in a timely fashion without compromising other responsibilities or obligations in your life.
At QU, we help you to build on the foundation you have established in meeting the criteria for admission to Professional Studies:
- A minimum age of 24 years with 7 or more years since high school graduation.
- Completion of an applicable associate degreeprogram or 60 hours of transferable applicablecollege credit with a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher (Admission to Teacher EducationProgram requires a 2.6 or higher GPA).
