Quincy University seeks candidates for the position of Apprentice Plumber.  Responsibilities include:  inspect, install, maintain, repair and retrofit all  plumbing fixtures, equipment and components in compliance with governing codes and authorities under the supervision of a Licensed Plumber.  Requires 3 years experience as an apprentice plumber and desire to obtain state plumbers license.

Quincy University seeks applicants for Executive Assistant for the Vice President of Academic Affairs.  The Executive Assistant manages the VPAA's schedule and calendar, arranging meetings and commitments both on and off-campus while providing critical assistance with planning commencement, academic meetings, faculty development and orientation meetings; assists the VPAA as well as academic unit leaders with the annual evaluation and tenure/promotion process for faculty; processes applications for faculty positions, preparing interview schedules, coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining records; assists with preparation of part-time faculty contracts, faculty administrative stipends, and calculation of full-time teaching loads for contract purposes; supports the work of the academic appeals committees; provides primary assistance with preparation of reports related to academic programs, initiatives and projects; coordinates the preparation of the University catalog and academic schedules.  Successful candidates must:  display courtesy, tact and consideration in all interactions with others; possess excellent written and oral communication skills, advanced computer skills, and the ability to independently engage in decision making and problem solving; handle confidential materials.  Applicable experience in higher education required, bachelor's degree preferred.
