Target Membership: Education majors with 50 credit hours or more who have a cum GPA of 3.0 or better, and graduate students with a 3.15 or better.
Dues: $65 new, $42 renewal

Mission:
Tau Omicron is a chapter of the International Honor Society dedicated to scholarship and excellence in education. Our motto is "Knowledge-Duty-Power". So to teach, that our words inspire a will to learn; so to serve, that each day may enhance the growth of exploring minds; so to live, that we may guide young & old to know the truth & love the right. To the fullfillment of these objectives, we pledge our efforts and our faith.
Programs & Projects:
Reading Party for community children, Panels for student-teachers, panels of 1st year teachers, Presentation to community on brain research in education.
