Application Information
Applications for the Fall term must be submitted by April 1 and for the Spring term by Sept. 1.
- Complete and mail one of the Quincy University Application for Admission.

- Note: International Students must sign and date a printed application for it to be considered. Online Applications will NOT be accepted for International Students.
- Complete the Financial Statement for International Student Applicants (46KB PDF).
This documents how your education will be financed and must be authorized by a bank official and notarized. This form is required by The United States Immigration and Naturalization Service so Quincy University can issue an I-20 form.
- Pay the $25 USD application fee. Mail the $25 USD fee, your Application for Admission, and the Financial Statement for International Student Applicants to the Office of Admissions.
- Have your secondary school forward an official transcript to the Office of Admissions. The following information must be included: an explanation of the secondary school grading scale; class rank and corresponding grade point average, and an English translation, if not in English.
- If you have attended a college or university, request that an official transcript be mailed directly to the Office of Admissions.
- Request that an official copy of your TOEFL results be sent directly to Quincy University. ACT or SAT results will be accepted in place of the TOEFL.
