Elementary Education Professional Degree Program
The Elementary Education curriculum is designed to graduate students with teaching certification in the State of Illinois in addition to a bachelor’s degree. As a result, students in elementary education must do student teaching during the day for the final semester of degree work. Elementary education graduates of the Professional Degree Program are currently teaching in many schools throughout the state.
