Career Services Center
National studies show that 66% of entering freshmen indicate a need for assistance in the choice of a major and career. Other studies show that students may change majors two to three times during their college career. At Quincy University, the career coordinator assists you, on an individual or group basis, in making these choices. The Career Services Center provides an array of programs and comprehensive services in the areas of career exploration and development, as well as graduate school preparation and application. The overall purpose of the center is to educate students and alumni about the career decision-making process; provide current information and resources on the labor market and employment trends; assist students with job preparation and readiness; and prepare them for the transition to the real-life world of work.
Our mission in Career Services is to assist students in gaining the personal and vocational skills needed to lead successful and fulfilling lives. For more information or to schedule an appointment with the career coordinator please contact the Career Services Center at (217) 228-5432 Ext. 3355.
